- Send your message. It lands with us directly, and replies come back to your Etsy account and your email.
About an existing order
Message from the order itself rather than the shop page. That way we can see exactly what shipped, when, and to where, without a round of back and forth first.
Design ideas and custom requests
Tell us what it is for and when you need it. Small tweaks to an existing design are far more doable than something new from scratch, and the answer is quicker either way.
Bulk and team orders
Events, bands, teams, classrooms. Include quantity, sizes, and your date, since bulk lead times run longer than a single order.
